We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Lacroma (halfboard), with our 2 year old son. The hospitality and kindness of the staff was unmatched and the food was great at breakfast and dinner with an array of options. We liked that there was an indoor pool as well as the outdoor ones. We especially loved that we could access Tiren hotel for Mora land which was brilliant for kids, along with their pool and the beach at the President hotel which we very much enjoyed. We spent an evening in the the majestic old town which was easily accessible from a bus stop outside of the hotel. The hotel spa was also great! The hotel has gorgeous sunset views and nice evening entertainment. I would very much recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay and thank the staff for making us feel so welcome!

The staff were amazing, I put in a special request to write a message to my partner in petals on the bed - and they did! Also leaving Happy Birthday alcoholic beverage with a message which was truly lovely. They completely exceeded my expectations with this. They also left another alcoholic drink on his actual birthday which was unexpected. You could tell that the staff/management really cared about the customers staying at their hotel. Transport buses to the Old Town were every 7 minutes, which was amazing! I've never come across a more efficient/convenient transport link before. Wish I had this back home!

The room was kindly upgraded when we arrived having a sea view and balcony. The room and bathroom was clean and it came with coffee/tea service and wine cellar. The breakfast and dinner were buffet style and there were a variety of food and choices. The service was included to access to the swimming pool both outside and inside, as well as Moro World, the play ground facility for kids. There is the bus stop 2 min walk from the hotel taking directly to the Old Town. The stay was comfortable and it worths more than the price (we stayed in May).

Absolutely beautiful location with a stunning sunset every night. The service was great and it was nice that you could easily walk to the other hotels and use their facilities too. The kids club was the best I’ve ever seen and my 6 year old had the time of her life, and the parents also had time to enjoy lovely walks and relaxing. Because the kids club was its own location the hotel didn’t feel overrun by kids so it was a perfect balance. Very easy to get into Dubrovnik and also nice to drive north to see all the cute towns.

The hotel is situated outside the city center where the tourist attractions are. But the #6 bus is right outside the hotel and conveniently drops us off at the "Old town." It's a big, modern, generic "4-star" hotel like the ones in many American cities. Comfortable but devoid of character. The staff are often busy and overwhelmed with many tour groups, so don't expect any personalized service.
